  • Simplify and reduce complex user issues into more satisfying outcomes such as increasing brand awareness for more sales on social media platforms through user research, data analysis, and continuous test and learn methodologies.

  • Supported agile development and QA testing to ensure programs successfully launched to production. Measured user satisfaction and success of programs post-launch for rapid iteration, if needed.  

  • Developed a unique brand within the enterprise to enhance story-telling for research and outcomes presentations to senior leadership. Illustrated the lab’s processes to rapidly test and implement new programs. 

Senior UX Designer | emagine | 2013 - 2015

  • Oversaw junior design team members and managed projects from initial concepts through completion.

  • Developed and reformed the hiring and on-boarding process for emagine’s content management team and junior interactive designers.

  • Developed and managed online presence and physical marketing campaign materials for "The Atlantic Cup: America's First Carbon-Neutral Class40 Grand Prix" distributed in Charleston, SC; New York City, NY; and Newport, RI.
