My recommendation of Fallon Boegemann is enthusiastic and wholehearted. Fallon has managed a large and geographically distributed UX team at BCBSMA with insight, empathy, and a keen strategic mindset. Fallon is also exceptionally well-organized and proactive, and led the UX team to establish consistent and intelligent processes that benefitted not only our own team but also our internal and external business partners. She also raised awareness about accessibility within BCBS and ensured that it was accounted for in every design and development project.
